Web site FTP access restored

Since I had a backlog of three giants wanting to update their ancient and/or current websites on Lava Dome Five, I overcame a Linux angst-hurdle and found an FTP server program that actually had features and capabilities, so I've opened up FTP access to website management again.  If anyone else wants to update their website, you can now via the same FTP method as before.

I support this overcoming of the Linux angst-hurdle! Not that l can use it or anything, but it's nice to celebrate in others' successes.
